Continue fluconazole treatment as prescribed, but continue taking it as prescribed even if you feel well, as your symptoms may improve without treatment. If your infection is not completely gone, you should contact a doctor. Do not use fluconazole-clarithious doses for more than 4 weeks. If you have been taking it twice daily for the next 4 weeks, you should then slowly decrease the number of times you have been on it. You should then gradually decrease the number of times you have been on it. You should not use fluconazole for more than 4 weeks. For patients with neutropenia, you should use an alternative agent, fluconazole-clarithious liver disease (FLCD), for one week while you are on it. You should then then slowly decrease the number of times you have been on it. For patients with impaired liver function, you should use an alternative agent, fluconazole-clarithious liver disease (FLCD), for the next 4 weeks while you are on it. You should then slowly decrease the number of times you have been on it. You should not use fluconazole-clarithious doses for 4 weeks or more.
